COVID-19 POLICY

 We are keeping a close eye on current state guidance and will update our COVID-19 policy if there are any mandates that require us to change how we operate. To find out which measures we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our staff, suppliers and customers, please read below:

  • COLLECTING YOUR ORDER

While it is no longer a legal requirement, we kindly ask customers to respect social distancing of 6 feet where possible. All customers (except those with a special exemption) are encouraged to wear face masks upon entering the premises. Hand sanitiser will be available at the entrance and use of this is strongly recommended.

During the online ordering process, collection times will be spaced out to help ease the flow of traffic and reduce the number of people picking up their order(s). A signature will not be required to minimize surfaces touched, however, a government-issued ID will need to be presented to confirm that it is your delivery.

  • HYGIENE & CLEANING

In addition to our existing cleaning and hygiene procedures, we are sanitizing all areas of regular use (such as door handles, counter surfaces, collection tables) more frequently. Sweet Pavilion requires all members of the team to wash their hands regularly and always maintain good hand hygiene.

  • ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONS

Should a team member experience COVID-19 symptoms or a member of their household, or have been in close contact with an infected person, they will be asked to stay at home, to test and self-isolate before being cleared by their provider to come back to work. 

Our staff are supplied with personal protective equipment and are trained on how to safely use them. All team members are asked to wear face masks.
