HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PLACE MY ORDER?
We recommend a minimum of 2 weeks ahead of your special event to allow us to source the highest quality products from local retailers.
I NEED A CAKE TOMORROW. CAN I ORDER FROM YOU?
An express order is possible in some instances. Please send a message via the Contact page.
HOW MANY SERVINGS DOES EACH CAKE PROVIDE?
Our 6inch round cakes serve approximately 12 people. Our 8inch round cakes provide approximately 20-24 servings and the 10inch round cakes provide approximately 32-38 servings. These are guidelines - it depends how generous you are with cutting each slice!
DO YOU DELIVER?
We are excited to say that we now offer delivery for freshly baked cupcakes and cakes! Postal shipping is also available for our cupcake toppers and cake toppers.
No – once you place your order please select “Pickup” at the checkout if you prefer to collect your treats. Dates and time slots for collection can then be selected.
We will be surprised if you have anything left after your special occasion! In case of extras, store your treats in a fridge for up to 3 days. To maintain freshness, transfer your cakes or cupcakes to an airtight container, or cover any exposed sponge with plastic wrap.
DO YOU MAKE VEGAN, GLUTEN, NUT, OR EGG FREE CAKES?
We create our treats in a kitchen that uses many of these ingredients and therefore cannot guarantee that there will be no traces of gluten, nuts or eggs. Please see our Flavours page for the best information on what is included in our cakes and cupcakes.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept the following debit or credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover (US Merchants only). We also accept Apple Pay. Cash and digital currencies such as Bitcoin are currently not accepted.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Sweet Pavilion, LLC serves clients within the Carolinas. Cake and cupcake orders can be picked up from our production facility in Union County. The collection address will be provided when you receive a confirmation of your purchase via email.
IS YOUR FOOD PREPARATION AREA APPROVED BY THE STATE?
Yes! All products are made in a home kitchen approved by a Food Regulatory Specialist from the North Carolina Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services. This means that the home processing area meets the standards set by the Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR 110) - also know as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) - and N.C. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
DO YOU DELIVER TO STATES OUTSIDE OF THE CAROLINAS/INTERNATIONALLY?
Cupcake toppers and cake toppers can be shipped nationwide within the US only. Freshly baked cakes and cupcakes can be collected from Indian Trail, NC.
ARE YOUR GLITTERY CUPCAKE or CAKE TOPPERS EDIBLE?
Our cupcake toppers and cake toppers are not edible. They are safe to place in cupcakes and provide a beautiful decoration. You also have the option to purchase cupcakes with a personalised design, these corporate cupcakes are created with edible icing.
